Initial consultation

A thorough initial consultation covering your health history and current health will be important to determine realistic health goals and an effective treatment plan. This consultation may also cover your current diet, medications/supplements and a physical examination including blood pressure, iridology, tongue, nails and any other relevant examinations.
The objective of the initial consultation is to delve into the underlying cause of your present health condition(s) and identify any blockages to your self healing. Relevant functional or diagnostic testing will also be discussed and clients can either go ahead with testing at this stage or take information away with them for further research. The treatment plan covers dietary and lifestyle advice, supplementation and/or herbs.
